Years of accumulated belongings often hide mold, pests, and biohazard material needing specialized sorting, not just hauling. Trauma Clean Pros sends trained Hoarding Cleanup technicians anywhere in Skykomish.
Get A Cleanup Assessment
Hoarding cleanups need more than labor — they need a structured process protecting both belongings and people.
Every Skykomish crew can safely identify and separate biohazard material from salvageable belongings.
Every technician holds an active bloodborne pathogen certification for any biohazard uncovered, backed by full liability coverage.
Our Skykomish dispatch pulls from a nearby crew, not a distant hub.
A written price follows an in-person walkthrough and holds firm once the crew begins.
Every Hoarding Cleanup job gets scoped after an in-person walkthrough, since clutter level and issues vary property to property.
Anything biohazard uncovered mid-sort gets flagged and handled properly.
Belongings are sorted into salvage, donate, and dispose categories, with the client involved wherever possible.
We check for structural and mold issues as sorting progresses.
Rodent or insect activity found during cleanup is documented and coordinated with a pest control partner.
Once sorting is complete, affected areas receive a full sanitization pass.
Salvageable items are coordinated for donation, while non-salvageable material is disposed of properly.
A dispatcher at +1-844-401-0166 asks a few questions before scheduling an in-person walkthrough.
Once scheduled, a technician arrives at your Skykomish property before any work begins.
On-site, the crew assesses clutter level and biohazard risk, then gives a firm quote.
The project closes with documented inspection, and we return at no charge if follow-up is needed.
